Private Motorhome RV Rentals is a motorhome rental referral service providing luxury motor homes owned by private individuals. For those individual motor home owners who want to reduce their expenses, Private Motor Home RV Rentals will match renters with your motor home. Our web site draws a large customer pool with summers being the busiest time, although Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break are also good rental times. We have standard rental rates that Private Motorhome Rental will recommend, and we will provide you with the necessary forms you will need, such as the reservation form, insurance info, rental contract and accounting form.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the start of the rental $1000 is forfeiture. If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to the start of the rental dates, the entire rental deposit will be forfeited.

Rental Rate Details

No Smoking Allowed!
Daily Rental:	$480
Weekly Rental:	$2800
Monthly Rental:	$11,000 per month, 30 days… includes 100 free miles per night. (Extra nights at $400 per night)
Reservation Deposit:	Minimum $1000 or ½ of the rental estimate. (necessary to secure reservation)
Security Deposit:	Minimum $1500.00 (Pets, add an additional $500) *Refunded within 10 days after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented.
Insurance Fee:	Binder Furnished From Your Insurance Company or per day charge with admin. fee
Mileage Charge:	.45 per mile in excess of 100 miles per night rented.
Generator Charge:	5 hours per day included, thereafter $3 per hour of use
Cleaning Charge:	$250 usual, up to $350 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments.
Pets:	To be determined
Additional Charges:	$80 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.
Fuel Tank:	$50 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Fuel If Not Same As At Pickup Upon Return.
Propane Tanks:	$30 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Propane Fuel If Not Same As At Pickup Upon Return.
Housekeeping Kit:	$250 if the motorhome is rented with basic furnishings.
RV Rental Delivery Fee:	Upon Request.
Airport Pickup/Return:	Limo Service Available
One Way RV Rental:	$2 per mile if picked up or dropped off at a major airport as agreed.
