Nathan Brown 33yrs. was arrested by Rancho Cordova Police Department in connection with a robbery in their jurisdiction. El Dorado County Sheriff detectives had identified Nathan Brown as the one responsible for the two armed robberies, which occurred in El Dorado Hills in early August. Nathan Brown is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail.
Two Robberies in El Dorado Hills
August 10, 2008 at 5:45 P.M. An armed robbery occurred at
Bella Bru Café in El Dorado
Hills. According to reports a white male, unkempt with collar length brown hair possibly in his 40’s armed with a handgun entered the café and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect reached into the cash register and stole money from it. The suspect fled from the café and ran into the parking lot. Deputies conducted a search of the area but did not locate the suspect. None of the employees were injured during the incident. The loss to the store is approximately $500 in cash.
A second armed robbery occurred August 13, 2008 at Juice It Up in El Dorado Hills. In this case the suspect with a description matching the Bella Bru Café incident entered Juice It Up and demanded money from the employee at the cash register. The suspect reached into the cash register and stole the cash from it. The suspect fled the area prior to deputies’ arrival. No employees were injured in the incident. The loss to the store is approximately $1000 in cash.
