A motion was made by Supervisor Sweeney, seconded by Supervisor Dupray, and unanimously approved to direct the Development Services Director to meet with the Chief Administrative Officer, Human Resources Director, and Auditor/Controller to revise the proposed layoff list, noting said list must include management positions not just line positions; and Development Services Director to return to the Board on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with an outline of the building permit process with the proposed fixes to impediment to the process and the revised layoff list.
