Thomas was driving a 1999 Honda CRV northbound just prior to the incident stated the CHP. The El Dorado Hills woman was taken into custody Wednesday after a 10:30 a.m. wreck on El Dorado Hills Boulevard near Woedee Drive.

The sport utility vehicle hit bicyclists Kathi R. Both were taken to local hospitals.  The Honda continued for 600 feet before pulling over with a flat tire, the CHP added.
