The
selfish people are at it again. Having lost at the ballot they are trying to win
through the courts at their goal of opposing anything and everything.
Claiming charging people wanting to build a home in Placerville and Cameron Park
$28,000 for traffic impact fees is too little, the usual clique of no-growthers
has sued to overturn the interim TIM fees and have a building moratorium
declared.
As we have noted before, it's easy for the complainers to cry for higher fees.
They already own their homes and won't have to pay $28,000 ...
