II. Scope of Services: The successful Proposer will be required to enter into a one (1) year agreement for services with the County substantially similar in form to that attached hereto as Exhibit "A," marked "Sample Agreement for Services." ... The Services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

the purpose of promoting a positive public
awareness of child abuse prevention issues.

• Attend all CAPC meetings and act as
secretary for the purpose of facilitating and
implementing council activities.
• Distribute all meeting minutes promptly,
within five working days.

E. Represent El Dorado
County CAPC at regional
CAPC meetings.
• Attend regional CAPC meetings.
• Coordinate and plan meetings hosted by El
Dorado County.
• Additional regional activities on council time
require approval of the executive committee.

County CAPC at
conferences, meetings and
community events.
Attend conferences, meetings and community
events as approved by the CAPC Chair or
executive committee.

G. Keep CAPC informed
on current and upcoming
laws, regulations and
policies affecting child

by CAPC.

I. Develop and manage
annual budget, income and
expenses for the purposes
of gathering and
disseminating information
and advocacy on behalf of
the council.
Coordinate with CAPC treasurer and the El
Dorado County Department of Human Services
liaison.

J. Maintain
communication with the
CAPC executive
committee.
Meet quarterly with executive committee to
report/update on activities. This will be
coordinated with the Chair and Vice-Chair.

K. Oversee the
development of an annual
strategic plan for the CAPC
to address child abuse
prevention needs in the
community.
Working directly with the Council, the
coordinator will prepare, present and implement
this plan.
Starts in July of
each year at CAPC’s
Strategic Planning Meeting
L. Obtain Grants.  Perform research and apply for grants as
requested by CAPC.

M. Maintain community
awareness of the purpose
and use of the Children’s
Trust Fund.
Conduct two public forums, one on the Western
Slope and one in South Lake Tahoe, as required
by W&I code.

G. Price Proposal: Total funding available for services performed under the resulting contract is $28,000.00. Proposers shall provide a fee schedule. Identify any ancillary costs or expenses. The fee schedule must remain firm for the contract period.
