Californians who have moved, want to change political parties or are first-time voters must complete a voter registration form and turn it into the El Dorado County Elections Office by 5 p.m. Tuesday in order to participate in the presidential primary election on Feb. 5.
Voters may check their registration status by contacting their county election office. A roster of the 58 county offices as well as California Voter Foundation’s nonpartisan California Online Voter Guide are at http://www.calvoter.org.
