PLACERVILLE -- Motorists on Highway 50 from Canal Street to Placerville Drive in El Dorado County can expect delays this week, the California Department of Transportation reported.
One westbound lane will be closed through Friday for construction work from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Elsewhere, in Nevada County one lane of Highway 20 from the Yuba County line to Interstate 80 will be closed from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday as a Caltrans crew repairs guardrails.
One lane each direction of Highway 49 in El Dorado County from the Placer County line to Highway 50 will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and through Friday while a contractor removes trees.
