The El Dorado Hills Community Services District board will hear plans to sharply increase the budget for a proposed sports complex at a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
The board will consider increasing the capital improvement plan budget for the Valley View Sports Complex from $50,000 to nearly $1.86 million.
Board members also will consider approving proposal by Paul Niven to draft a "balanced scorecard," or performance measures, for the district's 2007-08 strategic plan, and authorizing the general manager to negotiate an agreement.
The meeting will be held in the Parks Conference Room, 1030 St. Andrews Drive, El Dorado Hills.
