Choices for Children, a non-profit agency that provides a range of education and support services for families and providers with young children, was recently awarded two grants from First 5 El Dorado to expand free services for parents with children ages birth through 5 years.
These grants were awarded through a community strengthening initiative sponsored by First 5. The community strengthening committee is a collaboration of 20 agencies on the Western Slope that is led by the Early Care and Education Planning Council.
