XIII. Consistency of OWMP with 2004 General Plan
This OWMP fulfills 2004 General Plan Measure CO-P. The OWMP is also the first component (oak woodland portion) of the INRMP required by Measure CO-M and Policy 7.4.2.8.
Several additional 2004 General Plan policies are directly or indirectly related to the OWMP. This section first focuses on the plan’s consistency with the INRMP, and then summarizes closely related policies that should be considered in preparing the implementation mechanism (i.e., ordinance) for the plan.
