Action from the regular program Saturday night at Placerville, which saw Andy Forsberg finally finish a full race distance in victory lane for the first time this year.
The start of the feature was marred with three flips in two start attempts, but after that it was mostly smooth sailing and a mistake by Jimmy Trulli up high gave Andy all the room he needed to make the definitive pass on lap 12.
Here are video clips of the two incidents:

All drivers were okay.
In the wingless sprint race, Matt Streeter held off hard-charging veteran Darrell Hanestad for the win in the 20-lap feature. Interestingly, both sprint feature winners tonight had flipped at this track last week (Andy during the first Civil War heat, and Matt in the midget feature on lap 4), and Forsberg had actually wrecked at Chico the previous night, destroying his 410 sprinter and leaving him with only the 360 he entered tonight. Due to the past weeks' incidents, Andy had to use a wing that was several years old, but his car adapted well to a track that had just been given a new batch of clay.
