Both Lanes May Be Open By Late Today, Officials Say

KYBURZ, Calif. -- One lane of Highway 50 near the El Dorado County town of Kyburz was reopened Monday evening following a large landslide that blocked the road Sunday. Officials said crews are expected to clear both lanes by late today, easing traffic flow on a major route between Sacramento and South Lake Tahoe.
